Abibo Brands Private Limited
Two brands so far, in two categories that were still awkward to buy in. We pick the gap, build the range, run the operation ourselves, and let the second order do the talking.
Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh · shipping pan-India · GST-registered invoicing
The house
Different customers, same discipline: an honest price on the page, a range deep enough to finish the job, and someone real on the other end when it goes wrong.
Everything your kitchen runs on.
Throw parties they’ll actually remember.
The method
The same four moves every time. None of them are clever; all of them are done properly.
We start where buying is still annoying: opaque pricing, split catalogues, a category nobody has bothered to organise. That friction is the opening.
Assortment, pack sizes and pricing are set around how the customer actually orders, not around what a distributor happens to stock.
Sourcing, inventory, packing and delivery sit in-house, so what the site promises is what the warehouse can hold to.
Every brand is judged on the second order, not the first. Service, accuracy and honest pricing are the growth plan.
What we look for
Before we commit to a category, it has to clear all six of these. Most do not.
A category with real, steady demand in India and no obvious incumbent doing it properly online.
The brand has to answer a question a customer is already asking. If we cannot say it in one line, we do not build it.
Enough assortment that a customer can finish the job in one basket instead of three.
Sourcing, storage and shipping we can run ourselves and be accountable for, all the way to the doorstep.
Repeat purchase is the only vote that counts. We build categories people buy again, not once.
GST-registered invoicing, published policies and a real address behind every order.
We are always reading pitches from manufacturers, importers and 3PLs, and we are always looking at the next category. One email reaches the people who decide.
